The Czech Insurers’ Bureau, is corporate body founded by the Act No. 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by operation of vehicle, as a professional organization of insurance companies which have been granted a license by the Ministry of Finance to operate the Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance

In accordance with provision of §15a of the Act No. 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by operation of vehicle, and the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union No. 2000/26/EC on May 16^th, 2000 (the 4^th Motor Insurance Directive) the Czech Insurers’ Bureau has started to operate Information centre.

Application, which enables injured party to inquire the Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance of the vehicle according to the vehicle registration number and the date of the accident, remains with unchanged functionality, but with new graphic adjustment available HERE.
